Data Protection Notice

This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), how personal data is processed through this website.

Data controller

Data processed and why

  • Contact form: full name, email address, phone number, subject, message and the field of law you select — to assess your enquiry and reply to you.
  • Assistant call-back form: full name, phone number, your note and the content of your conversation with the assistant — to call you back and understand your matter beforehand. The conversation is attached only when you send this form.
  • AI assistant: the messages you type — to produce a general, informational reply. Your messages are not stored on the site’s servers.
  • IP address: kept only as an irreversible salted hash, to prevent abuse and enforce request limits. The address itself is not recorded.

No data is collected for advertising, analytics or visitor tracking.

Legal grounds

  • Contact and call-back forms: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), and processing necessary in connection with entering into a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
  • Hashed IP address: the controller’s legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse (Art. 5/2-f).
  • AI assistant: your acknowledgement of the notice shown before you start using it.

Transfers

  • Messages typed into the AI assistant are sent to Google LLC’s Gemini service to generate a reply. This is a transfer abroad under KVKK Art. 9. National ID numbers, phone numbers, email addresses and IBANs are masked automatically before sending; please do not type personal details or details of your case into the assistant.
  • Form submissions (name, phone, email, subject, message and, for assistant requests, the conversation) are forwarded to the lawyer as notifications through an email service provider and through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). Telegram’s servers are outside Turkey, so this too is a transfer abroad under KVKK Art. 9.
  • The map in the footer is served by Google Maps; when a page opens, your browser sends a request to Google.
  • Videos are served by YouTube (Google) and load only when you press play.
  • Tapping the WhatsApp link hands you over to WhatsApp (Meta); from then on WhatsApp’s terms apply.
  • Competent public authorities, where there is a legal obligation.

Retention

  • Enquiries: for as long as the enquiry is being assessed and any attorney–client relationship lasts, subject to statutory retention duties.
  • Hashed IP addresses: 90 days for enquiries, 2 days for request-limit records.
  • Assistant messages: not stored.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask the controller whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it is transferred to, ask for it to be corrected, erased or destroyed, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
